What LudoBoard gives you

🤖
Against the computer Three difficulties — easy, normal and hard. The hard CPU weighs up both cutting and staying safe.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
Pass N Play 2, 3 or 4 people take turns on one phone — just like the real board.
⚡
Quick Two tokens each, and a 1 or a 6 brings one out — a game finishes in 3 to 4 minutes.
⏱️
Turn timer 10, 15 or 30 seconds. When time runs out the move plays itself.
🎨
Four themes Aurora, Sunset, Emerald and Midnight — the whole board changes colour.
📱
Every device From a small phone to a wide desktop — the board always fits the screen.
💾
Auto save Closed the tab mid-game? Come back and carry on from there.
😄
Emote Tease after a cut, shake hands after a loss — ten emotes available.

The basic rules of Ludo

  1. Bringing a token out: in Classic mode a token leaves the yard only on a 6. In Quick mode a 1 or a 6 both work.
  2. Six = extra turn: a 6 earns another move. But three sixes in a row and the turn is lost.
  3. Cut: land your token on a square holding another colour and that token goes back to its yard — and you get an extra turn.
  4. Safe squares: star squares and coloured start squares are safe. No cutting happens there.
  5. Block: two tokens of one colour on a single square form a block — nobody else can stop there or pass over it.
  6. Entering home: after a full lap the token enters its own home column. Reaching the centre needs exactly the right number.
  7. Winning: whoever gets all their tokens to the centre first wins.

Frequently asked

Is LudoBoard completely free?

Yes, completely. No download, no subscription, no real-money betting.

Will it work like an app on mobile?

Yes. Use “Add to Home Screen” from the browser menu — it opens full screen with no address bar, just like an app.

Does the game stop if the internet drops?

No. Once the page has loaded the whole game runs in your browser, so it keeps working offline.

Where is my data saved?

Your coins, stats and unfinished game are saved in your own browser. With an account they also sync to the server.
